Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier?s damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer?s right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as Anderson Composites from any further damage claims. Good product, except that dogs don’t seem interested.

It’s a good side for 8-20lb dogs which are the size dogs I foster. So far none of my fosters have been interested in this particular toy. I’m not sure why. It seems like a quality product, that is not so hard that it will hurt teeth but, durable enough that it will last for moderate chewers. I appreciate that it had some texture for pups to work their paws and mouths around.
Again, none of the dogs here have been interested yet but other than that, as far as I can tell the product is good. I’ll update if I ever get a foster that goes HAM for it.
