Stans Drossaert aan de Universiteit Twente, onder begeleiding van prof. dr. Ernst Bohlmeijer. Ze gebruikten hiervoor inzichten uit de positieve psychologie, ACT, zelfcompassie en mindfulness. De bijbehorende luisteroefeningen zijn van Frits Koster en Jetty Heynekamp.
